I honestly have no need for any other reading (unless it is a brand new scientific discovery) because I have absolutely nothing left that hasn't already been answered by science -aside from what is the nature of dark matter and what happened .00008 seconds before the Big Bang. We have come a long way, baby!Sam Uel Clemensnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8653777241725644144.post-17503105093184878022015-04-15T13:04:29.445-10:002015-04-15T13:04:29.445-10:00I think good minds like to search. I've had some very strange experiences but I gave them no magical quality, just found them interesting and curious,I think it's like Einstein said, "The universe is stranger than we think. Than we can think." Something like this anyway and I think it's probably true. If yiou wanted to look around on my column bettejo I can send you to some sites you might like. Waiting for my mouse to go dead. Stay in touch, I love to hear from you. You might like to check my new book on Amazon Children of the Extinction by Bettejo Dux. They've allowed readers to get to some great sites. Enjoy. Enjoy...Bettejo Duxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8653777241725644144.post-12243728744244925302015-04-15T11:34:09.970-10:002015-04-15T11:34:09.970-10:00Bettejo, I was very lucky too. But, I did go thru a brief period during young adulthood of this bizarre behaviour -trying to find something "magical" to believe in. It's a very strange & innate thing I guess we humans still carry from the ages before humans honed in their skills for critical thinking & scientific inquiry.Sam Uel Clemensnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8653777241725644144.post-60669944534194108622015-04-15T11:33:19.128-10:002015-04-15T11:33:19.128-10:00With many people, as I tried to explain, it's ...With many people, as I tried to explain, it's because that's what they were taught to do. Don't believe what you learned as a child and you go to hell. Fear and guilt, and sin all are factored into this awful game. I'll admit I'm lucky. This horrid creed wasn't shoved down my throat.Bettejo Duxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8653777241725644144.post-75582937044482834772015-04-15T11:32:36.617-10:002015-04-15T11:32:36.617-10:00I love Bettejo! I know a lot of atheists, but a surprising number of these atheists do not seem to apply the same level of skepticism to other belief systems. Many of these atheists believe in some sort of spiritual nonsense; new age mysticism such as belief in psychics or mystical "energies." It's very strange how humans are so wired to want to believe in something other than what is provably real.Sam Uel Clemensnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8653777241725644144.post-6380198998345419932015-04-15T11:31:55.917-10:002015-04-15T11:31:55.917-10:00marvelous Bettejo ,c'esr tres bien
