"Why I am passionate about the Kavanaugh saga..." 'James "Kimo" Rosen' (Kimo's world #261) (A very personal journey..)

She wants people to start praying,
and feels America is  in peril because of the
division and so far away from God’s word.

Why I am passionate about the Kavanaugh saga

All woman should be believed and all men need to shut up. Hawaii 's Senator Mazie Hirono
started this scare tactic when she said to the men of our country to,"Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing for a change." Thinking the Republicans would back down and  replace Judge Kavanaugh as their nomination for Supreme court justice. Trump is a counter puncher and doesn’t back off.  He stayed with Kavanaugh when other's would not of.  it payed off!

All while Senator Hirono alienated a good portion of the male population in her voting district and around the country.
This is where my personal past journey  begins:

I had a best friend back when  I lived in Homer,Alaska whom was also my competition in my photography business. We ran competing photo studios.
My best friend Ken on left, along with my
ex-girl friend/fiance Linda back in
Homer Alaska back in 1985.

It is somewhat ironic we became the best of friends, often times referring jobs to one another.  We were like the two 'lonesome Maytag repair man.' We both had someone to talk shop with in isolated Alaska. This was before the days of digital photography when photographers still developed their own film and used dark rooms.

I bring this up because my friends life was destroyed by a 15 year old girl who made false accusations against him. He had just landed the largest school picture contract in Alaska history for  taking senior portraits at nearly every high school in the Alaska bush communities. It was a  6 figure contract which was unheard of back in the 80's.
The sign on my portrait studio
in Homer Alaska, even back then
I sported an Aloha shirt!

This girl's word alone literally destroyed my friend. She said, "that he fondled her breasts and asked her out on a date." The school district decided even before he had any type of trial to cancel all his contracts. This was his livelihood. The local news outlets were basically judge, jury and executioner even before a trial ever happened.
As a Professional photographer,
the photos
I am most proud of are the series
of photos
 I photographed of  Mt Augustine
erupting out
of an open window of a Cessna
 185 back
in March of 1986.
This photo appeared on the front
cover of
National Geographic world
along with an
array of other periodicals, textbooks
and encyclopedias.

Ken hired a woman attorney who really connected and empathized for him and knew he was telling the truth thus went to bat pro-bono---since he was months behind on his mortgage and bills and could not make it on the few small local assignments he managed to obtain.

Most in the local community were not kind to Ken, they treated him like a pedophile, like  a cancer. Ken lost weight and tried acting like all was well, but you could tell otherwise.

I felt bad because I could not be there for Ken during his trial. I had taken a year sabbatical to be with my father in Florida who had taken ill and arranged for  freelance photography work there.

My last call to Ken he was very excited. The court day was coming up and the girl had admitted in deposition that she made the whole story up since Ken would not go out with her. Ken was so relieved. Ken's attorney lived in Kenai which is 60 miles north of Homer.

Ken was so soothed after leaving the attorney's in Kenai . There was going to be a front page article in the Homer news the following day clearing him of all charges! The sad news is that the girls name was never mentioned in the article  because she was a minor and no charges were ever filed against her. Ken could had faced many years in jail and literally lost his career even though he was innocent.

The worst and ugliest part that night Ken died in a head on car wreck on his way to Anchorage to celebrate and start a new life.

This still  haunts me to this day. It's similarity to the Brett Kavanaugh saga is uncanny.

All woman have to do is make an accusation against a man and his life can be ruined as was with my best friend.
This needs to stop. When woman make false accusations that are proven false, they should have to face the same punishment their accuser was up for.

I am passionate about what society has done to Brett Kavanaugh, it reminds me of the unforgivable witch-hunt my friend went through.  I stand behind Brett Kavanaugh, so what if he drank beer as a teenager? President Obama smoked pot and snorted cocaine. Yes I voted for Obama, but imagine if he was questioned by congress? President Clinton smoked pot too but didn't inhale. ;-)

Society has sunk to an all time low. Brett Kavanaugh has an untarnished  record
his whole adult professional life. Watching these hypocrite senators question him like they are holier than thou was very hard to tolerate.

If  Christine Blasey Ford  purposely lied she should not only be prosecuted for what she did but prosecuted as a sex offender for what she accuses the judge. She should be made to repay the taxpayer for the dog and pony show circus of hearings that most likely cost the taxpayers millions and nearly destroyed the judge's career.

All ends well! Mazol Tov to 'Your honor' (Judge Kavanaugh) and Big Mahalo(Thanks) to Senator Susan Collins for the speech of a lifetime explaining her reason for voting 'Aye' in favor of the Judge!

To quote my friend Ron Kalnitz,
"I am glad Kavanaugh  “won”, it sends the clear message to the hard left that the nastier they play the less credible they are. So when will they learn that they’re alienating the entire country and that THEY are the reason Trump is president...."

I have heard a lot of this in the past week. A LOT...
However Deborah Nagano says it best!
The Kavanaugh debacle was the last straw. I am an attorney, a woman, a lifelong Democrat and the proud mother of sons. Watching these soulless beings ruin a man's life in the name of power just brought me to the edge. Dr. Ford is believable, inasmuch as I think something happened to her, but she is being used in a craven and contemptuous manner by her party. Her lawyers never even told her that all of this could have been done privately in her home. And while all of this is happening my lovely senator, Kamala Harris who got her start in politics by dating Wille Brown, is fundraising. And Dianne Feinstein, who I used to respect, has turned into a party hack who will do anything to keep her job.
So, here we have people who don't know this man calling him a predator for political reasons, and the people that have known him his whole life saying that is impossible. I choose to believe them. And if the FBI investigates and Kavanaugh comes up clean, will the Dems then vote for him? Ya think?
If this is what the Dems will sink to, I am ashamed of them and want no part of this. A man is guilty until he can prove himself innocent, and we know that proving a negative is impossible. I fear for all of our sons.

Congress should be looking for solutions not battles...

So sad that it has come to this?
