50 shades of blame, by Hillary

The dog chewed my homework.

Every one's got one and they all stink. You know what I am referring too. I won't say the word because I am hoping to get this published in my favorite newspaper, The Garden Island news.

One needs to take responsibility, it doesn't matter, how you lost, you lost. In football your team may have rushed for more yards and even passed for more yards, however if your team had turnovers that led to touchdowns and field goals for the opposing team and you lost it doesn't matter how many yards you had.

This past week Hillary Clinton came out with her new book titled, "What Happened" many are satirizing
it with names such as, "50 shades of blame," of which I appropriately copied and  named this article.

If the democratic party ever wants  to win again they need to rid themselves of the Clinton's. I do not think Hillary has a clue.  She is like the guy that doesn't get the hint when the girl makes excuses every time she is asked out she is busy.  Finally the guy eventually realizes the girl is not interested.

Hillary really can't be that dumb? She must realize that after-all she's tried to do and given it her all, it's just time to move on. Unless of course your a Republican, why not welcome her to another election cycle?

It seems Hillary Clinton cannot move on. Sure it was a tough loss, so was the super bowl 50  loss for the Atlanta Falcons when the New England Patriots had the biggest comeback in Super bowl history. Everything looked all in favor of the Atlanta Falcons. Who ever thought that the Patriots would go on to score 25 straight points and tie the game up with just a minute left, completing the largest Super Bowl comeback ever moving on to win 34-28 in the first ever Super Bowl over time victory.
What happens when your favorite sports team looses, you get mad, upset, you pout for
5 time Super Bowl champ,
New England Patriots QB
Tom Brady led the biggest
Super bowl comeback in history
last year against the Atlanta Falcons.
an hour, a day or two, everyone has their own amount of mourning but eventually moves on  and realizes there are more games to play  with new players and trades to improve the game and hopefully better your team.

Hillary continues to blame Former FBI director Jim Comey, the Russians, and even Bernie Sanders. We get it. There's plenty of blame to go around, but when one looses there is one main person to blame, just as in sports, doesn't matter how you lost, you lost, you suck it up and move on, like a man or woman should.

Has it occurred to her, that maybe just maybe the only one to blame is her.  Hillary needs to take a long look in the mirror.

I was once in trouble and I told the authorities you ruined me, they told me, no Mr. Rosen you ruined yourself. That was something I did not want to hear, but sometimes the truth hurts.

Hillary needs to realize she hurt herself and step aside. Should  the democrats ever want to win another presidential election, Hillary needs to leave peacefully.

Here is a sampling of some of the book reviews from the media;(Fake News)

“What Happened is not one book, but many. It is a candid and blackly funny account of her mood in the direct aftermath of losing to Donald J. Trump. It is a post-mortem, in which she is both coroner and corpse. It is a feminist manifesto. It is a score-settling jubilee…. It is worth reading.”
—The New York Times

“What Happened is a raw and bracing book, a guide to our political arena.”
—The Washington Post

“The writing in What Happened is engaging — Clinton is charming and even funny at times, without trying to paint herself in too flattering of a light…. Ultimately, the book might be a historical artifact most of all — the chronicling of what, exactly, it was like to run for president as the first woman major-party candidate (and, yes, a Clinton as well). Plenty may disagree with Clinton’s opinions on what went wrong for her, but her story will still be an important part of that history when America looks back on the melee that was the 2016 election.”

 Here is a sampling of reviews from the general public;
This book just not very good Very long and really doesn't have a point other than explaining that Hillary takes no blame for her own presidential loss. It is a sad attempt to explain a poorly ran campaign . I would not recommend this book. Also why won't Amazon allow bad reviews for a not good book ? Why the censorship 🤔

I'm a non-partisan who has actually read this book and have to agree with many of the negative reviews here. This pretty much sums up the book:
1) It was MY turn
2) The campaign was absolutely impeccable..without any flaws whatsoever
3) It was everyone else's fault

It's the same tired list of excuses why Hillary lost. Nothing new that we haven't heard from her and her minions before. It's a very fast read, but a waste of money. Cheaper just to Goggle Hillary Clinton's excuses. She blames everyone but herself.

This is the first book to explain the entire plot on the cover.

What happened to the negative reviews? Looks like Amazon is censoring. I read this book -- a curiosity but lacking true substance and introspection.

I'm going to have to rate this book 1 star every day until Amazon discontinues its deletion of my rating. This book is a deep dive into the mind of a self serving liberal who cannot believe she lost due to her being a terrible person and instead illustrates a fantastical conspiracy full of shadowy Russian agents voodoo and self righteousness.

Obviously a wonderful work of fiction, to market it as fact though is dishonest.

I put a review on this site yesterday. It was a negative review, not nasty, but negative, and I bought the book from Amazon-----it was deleted.

This is a very poorly written book and nothing but a Trump bashing. She lost and needs to come to grips with that. Writing negative books and Amazon deleting negative reviews is not going to get her elected. The whole concept of democracy is evidently lost on Hillary and Amazon-I ran therefore I should win is not how it works. Simply because her last name is Clinton does not give her the right to be president. A lot of people have lost presidential races, you don't see anyone whining in books about it. In this book she has shown she is not mature enough to be president.

To order "What Happened" and read the Amazon reviews of which most are negative go to;

Politicians should join together, too

Everyone knows that disasters bring out the best in us humans.

Hurricane Iniki brought out the Aloha spirit with neighbor helping neighbor, and we hear stories of the likes on mainland America of the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey and Irma bringing people of all races and religions together. 911 is another great example of unity after destruction came to our great country.

Why can't politics take a lesson from what happens during disasters?
I endorse  Mel Rapozo
 as the next Mayor
for Kauai county.
Mel can bring people
together and do what's
best for Kauai. If you
live on Kauai
please vote for
Mel Rapozo!
Instead of both major political parties disagreeing, why can't they come together for the benefit of America? Maybe it's time they realize they are the real disaster and come together as the American people come together in their time of disasters.

Enough is enough.

May God help America

911 was devastating to America. Americans pull together
in trying times whether it's natural disasters or criminal disasters like 911.

"Ways to decrease tourism on Kaua'i since flights will increase 42% in 2018..." 'James "Kimo" Rosen' (Kimo's world #205)

Ways to  decrease tourism on Kaua'i since flights will increase 42% in 2018

We on Kauai are reaching the tipping point as far as visitor arrivals and population are concerned according to TGI's recent headline story stating there will be a 42% plus increase in flights from mainland America to Lihue. This  has many  of us stressed and  up in arms especially us transplants that make believe we are locals, I can only imagine how the actual locals feel.
Slow moving traffic in Kapaa town
known by locals as
"The Kapaa crawl."

Flights to Kauai to increase by 42.6 percent in 2018-Read TGI article-link below:
Imagine 42% more rental cars on the roads along with all the new developments currently under construction. This will not only effect tourism but our basic infrastructure from housing, roads, sewage, and yes even our  mental health.  Many people have told me the waiting time at their doctors offices and  supermarket lines have increased dramatically.

When accidents happen on our island it delays everything, tourists' miss their flights, locals' miss their appointments
and the lone road in and out of our cosmic island can be closed for hours.

If you thought there is a Kapaa crawl now in traffic just wait until 2018 when we have a Kapaa and even an island wide stand still. Oy vey!
When accidents happen
it delays everything on our
island since we  have one
basic road with a growing
tourist and local population.

Visitors can be funny
One visitor from the mainland asked for directions to the bank so they could convert their money to Hawaiian currency.
Another  visitor asks me , Do you drink coconuts as your main source of water?”
and finally one little old lady tells me my English is very good.
However enough is enough...

I have come up with a guaranteed way to take our cosmic Garden island back and get the population back under control so we are no longer overwhelmed with visitors, traffic and over population everywhere we look.

My solution will take some getting used to, but believe me, guaranteed to have our roads less traveled and our parks back so kamaaina and locals can enjoy themselves once again.

Rule #1,  is to be a dirt-bag to any visitor that asks you a question, for instance,  when they ask, "how do I get to the beach?" Tell them, the only beach here is you, lady.

Rule #2,When asked the best place to eat, tell them the porta pottie over there!
Kauai features some of the best
sunrise and sunsets
in the world!

Rule #3, Never have eye contact, always look at the ground or into space while communicating with a visitor. They don't like that.

Rule # 4, When they ask if they can pet your dog? Come back  with, is it OK if I pet your,______________  (use the craziest  word you know!)

You get da drift, soon word will spread that we have no aloha. We must be in on this together. You must be a Jackass, just like me for this to work. This will take some getting used to because this goes against  the grain of human nature.

The  state of Hawaii's answer when I went to a recent meeting about the traffic situation in the Kapaa corridor was to the change the timing on the traffic signals, this is what we pay our legislators and engineers for? Double Oy vey.

My answer may not be pono or have the aloha spirit, but sometimes you need to bite the bullet, OK, whose in?

Natural disasters and Harvey bring out the best in Humans

Hurricane Harvey has reeked havoc on Texas. The  photos are reminiscent of many films I watched in the past of the end of times and the biblical chapter of revelations.

Can anything  positive come from all this devastation? Experts have already begun to offer damage estimates. $125 billion: Texas Gov. Greg Abbot said his state will need federal relief money "far in excess" of that total. Moody’s Analytic's has estimated $97 billion in destruction alone and some $108 billion in total damages counting lost output. With  billions of dollars of damage and over 100,000 homes flooded beyond repair.  Thousands of injuries and yet thankful thus far for only 47 deaths, although 1 death is far too many.

Maybe our country needed a natural disaster of this magnitude to bring Americans together? Since the current administration has taken office there has been an unofficial civil war happening in America.  I hate to say it, all this disaster brings people together, whether they are black, white, brown, Republican, Democrat, Independent, Muslim or Jew.

Maybe the Lord will be sending  more of these natural disasters until we the people learn to cope with one another in a civil manner once again? Although many will suffer and go through hardship, natural disasters seem to  bring out the best in humans. Maybe this is how we make America great again, politics just doesn't seem to be working?

May God bless the victims of Hurricane Harvey. If you believe in prayer please say a prayer, if not please send positive vibes and energies. Politics aside, whether you like him him or not, President Trump pledged one million of his own money toward Hurricane Harvey relief!  If you can afford to send money please do so. Your local place of worship, a collection bucket at your local Walmart or corner store, a friends Go Fund me page, or if your comfortable with the American Red Cross are all excellent ways to donate!

Maybe we can make America even Greater than Great again?
