"Rice Party at Bynum's place..!" 'James "Kimo" Rosen'

Kaua'i county Councilman Tim Bynum with Ed Justus looking on... Mr Bynum was recently cleared of a  zoning violation of operating an illegal rice-cooker.   Bynum can finally breathe a sigh of relief from an over zealous county Prosecutor. read more about this story in the Kaua'i Garden Island News at;

Finally "Rice-Cooker- Gate"  is behind us and councilman Bynum can breathe a sigh of relief from the nebulous charges against him  for being in violation of a zoning ordinance.

Thank God Councilman Bynum has been cleared of having an illegal rice-cooker, a  very serious crime here on the cosmic  Garden Island. Forget about rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers and robbers, it's the people using rice cookers that need to be held accountable.(Just being facetious...)
Tim Bynum is anything but a criminal, even though many believe politician and criminal are synonymous.
  Now Imagine if Kaua'i county Councilman Tim Bynum had a smart meter operating during the recent "Rice-Cooker-Gate" incident.The smart meter would had informed Councilman Bynum the least expensive times to operate his Rice-cooker , recommend brown rice in Lieu of white as a healthier alternative  and  to vote next election for Deputy County Attorney Justin Kollar as Prosecutor by default.
Did I hear someone say "Rice Party" at Bynum's place!? I'll bring da Poke!
note, for those not familiar Hawai'i, Poke is a  delicacy of raw Ahi tuna mixed with sea salt, sesame soil, soy sauce and many other special spices... This blog also ran concurrently this same day as an opinion article in the Kauai Garden Island news, titled, "Rice Party."

Douglas Dunn said via facebook;"Well, that wry humor usually earns at least something of a pass and, in any case, when loonies like that Bettejo impersonator try to beat up the liberals, all they have is a wet noodle to work with and it just makes them look kind of silly..."
