Breeze and Buttons
Hours after his birth, Breeze was found stumbling around by a farmer. The newborn foal had been abandoned by his mother so the farmer took him to the Devon-based Mare and Foal Sanctuary where they cared for him. What happened next is heartwarming. One of the staff put a four-foot giant Teddy Bear called Buttons into the stall with Breeze.
The foal was instantly attracted to him. He had found a comforting replacement for his mother. The two are inseparable. The caregivers expect Breeze to be fine, thanks to the farmer who rescued him and to those who cared enough to take this little Cutie in. Special thanks to Buttons.
P.S.
What do you think about this? A judge has sentenced a Kauai man to one year of probation and a $200 fine for making his son walk 1 mile home from school as a form of discipline;

Kauai man story,
"there must be more to this story."
Kauai man story,
"sentence the judge to walk 2 miles home, what parents do to discipline their kids is no business of the judge, crime starts when kids allow to disobey their parents when they were young !!!"
Kauai man story,
tough being a parent these days, my parent's would probably had been hung? ;D)
Back in my day we got punished with the belt, even teacher would pinch our necks...
Kauai man story,
"It seems appropriate depending upon the age of the child."
Kauai man story,
"There is no such thing as a "judge" in Hawaii. The US Constitution has been suspended. Corruption cancer has killed Democracy in the State of Hawaii."
Kauai man story,
"Rabbi, your parents did right ,you are not in jail with any crime except making people laugh parent should be absolute kings & queens, when people grown up to commit crimes due to lack of discipline, the judges are not there to view the consequences !!! the victim can be YOU !!!"
judges are political appointments, that's why the U.S.is on the top 10 of the world in crime to give lawyers sweet jobs as defense attorneys, win or loose they get paid !!! if a criminal repeats his crimes after release ,the sentencing judge should take the criminals place in jail !!!
if judges want to mind parents responsibility of raising the kid properly,, will he mind donating financially to educate the kid like parents do ?

Kauai man story,
"Wait, it is said Abraham Lincoln walked 9 miles to school each way. We all know school was over by the time he got there but I think a mile is doable."
Kauai man story,
There has to be more to it than that! That's just too ridiculous.

Mimi, Hawaii is different, it's not more than that. If it quacks like a duck, it's usually a duck

I would sue the county and get an out of court settlement like everyone else does on Kauai, even county council members sue their own county and settle.
Would it have been better if he gave him dirty lickings?? Sometimes the courts need to BUT OUT,
I think he has a case against his lawyer, but I suspect that when the judge took the plea of no contest, he asked the defendant a series of questions designed to foreclose incompetence of consel as a grounds for post conviction relief.
So sweet
Kauai man,
"crazy."
I think I was that young when I rode my bike much further to school. Next time maybe he should spank his son, showing him that physical punishment is better than giving him time to think about what he did wrong.
Only if people can do the same to each other without wars !!!
Cheryl A. Kiernan I think the kid must be spoiled. Because we always had to walk to and from school no matter if it was a mile. In the rain and all.
BTW, this story went viral, it's all over almost every national news....
