This spreading of Ebola into the US has got me really concerned; we flew a few weeks ago and I am becoming a germ a phobic.
Now I travel with chlorox wipes to clean my seat, arm rests, table that drops down etc, I carry a mask with me as well.We all know that they turn these planes around in minutes and DO NOT clean the planes between flights.
My son just flew also and I am worried for him flying to TEXAS. A solution that would help is to stop all International flights from entering our country to keep the US safe. Body fluids can't be the only way to contract this?
Is there more we should know about??? I think so...
P.S.
Cruise ship quarantines passenger who may have had contact with Ebola virus;

Ironically on any given day 115 people in the U.S. die in car crashes, let''s keep this in perspective. According to Wikipedia over 41,000 people died of the flu last year in the U.S. alone, that's over 3,000 deaths a month due to influenza. Ebola is not even close to being a crisis, however if it keeps people from flying and lowers airfares, Hallelujah!
via Eboooooola meme;
You are too funny with the airfare rates! LOL!
The above meme is a satire on the Ricola cough drop ad..

Best laugh of the day, lol ( I'm not warped honest ) We could all refrain from traveling for a spell that would drive the prices down,

Maybe when airfare rates go down, they should deceptively advertise the new, lower rates with that Ricola jingle.

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuli Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuli! check you other thread on Huli Huli chicken!
For the flu...there are flu shots so you have a fighting chance..car accident, maybe you will survive but Ebola...no vaccine and very little chance of surviving.....
Last 2flights, before EBOLA, I saw a report that showed lots of dangerous bacteria growing on places like tray stands! My friend's kids got TB flying 20 yrs ago to see their MD Dad in another mainland state! I'm not a germaphobe, but I AM aware, and do my best to TEACH, so you don't need to be fearful!
There has only been one death in the U.S. so far. Is it really a crisis? a few years back it was the bird flu was going to kill everyone... I get it, I am a germaphobe myself, just trying to look at reality so i don't go insane.
There is an abundance of info regarding Ebola to be found on the internet & clearly it is not something to be so concerned about in this country.
As for bacteria: Bacteria is everywhere. Our own bodies are full of bacteria.
Just use common sense. Wash hands, use condoms, and don't eat buggers of people who have a fever. (Although eating buggers of healthy people would also just be gross, but, to each his own. LOL)
Please, What is Ebola ? not in my dictionary .
Chester, you lucky brat. Keep your head empty of this information. You won't need to know unless you plan to travel to a few specific African countries. Otherwise, get your flu shots & try not to eat buggers from people who have a fever.
