" I Drank Trump's Kool-Aid..." 'James "Kimo" Rosen' (Kimo's world #178)

and amongst other things lived in a tent outdoors for 7 years.
Rosen currently resides on the tropical island of Kaua'i

she is  a bipartisan dog!

Kimo's world's #178~Blog #1919

This blog is partially based upon  Bill Maher's Youtube,
New Rule: "Trump and the Long Con"
Please watch the link below
I Drank Trump's Kool-Aid

I heard a Democrat say the way it's going, Mexico will pay for the wall to keep  the Americans out.

"Whose going to pay for the wall?  Comedian Bill Maher say's, "act now and we'll send you a second wall free, but that's not all."
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35T9jC_MASQ

Mike Pence should not have been made VP. Trump should have chosen the king of infomercials himself, Ron Popeil. "But wait, there's more - and that's not all!"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Popeil
OK, I drank the Kool-Aid, I'm still drinking it, just not as often.

I like President Trump. Does he lie? Sure, what politician doesn't? Except with Trump he's made an art form of lying, even though he's cut funding on the arts. I was hoping by getting a non politician in office things would be different.
The first family should live under
one roof and spare the American
tax payer the approximate
 $150-300-k a day bill.

Our tax dollars are spending more for first lady Melania and son Baron to stay in New York than the money saved from the proposed  budget cut funding for the arts. I am beginning to understand why Melania  doesn't want to live with "The Donald." But for heavens sake why should we have to pay for it?

I am beyond words that Potus has a hard time seeing that Obama had larger crowds at his inauguration. Obama also has larger hands, what's that tell us? I am dispirited that President Trump  blamed former President Obama for "wire tapping" his phones and then made up all kinds of stories to make good on his account, plus making his staff  look like enablers and lie.

I am disillusioned in the health care bill that Trump wanted to repeal and replace Obamacare and thankful it was withdrawn.  'Trump-don't-care' (sic) would had made many millions of Americans uninsured and many say thousands of Americans may had died?

I was disheartened with President Trump's partial budget cuts to "Meals on Wheels." Many of my friends and neighbors rely on this divine service. A beautiful thing happened through the proposed budget cuts. America said we are not going to take this and donations rolled in to the tune of over 50% times the average daily donation amounting to millions of dollars.America stepped up while my President let me down.

US AG. Jeff Sessions also looks
like Henry Gibson from
the old Laugh In show

I do concur on Trump's travel ban and love the idea of keeping manufacturing in America and penalizing big corporations for moving out of America.

Donald Trump the bigliest (sic) gift to comedians everywhere. In fact, so good, he even writes the jokes for them.

If the  presidency made Obama's hair grey, I wonder what color will Trumps skin turn.?

I wonder what color America will be after there are no longer any environmental laws on climate change?

My Bromance (sic) is over. I  believe Americans voted for Trump because they blindly believed everything he said. They voted for him because the Democrats forced people to choose between Trump and an even worse candidate.

"It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled." -  Mark Twain

And of course we can never forget how  George Bush famously said, " : “There’s an old saying in Tennessee—I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee—that says, fool me once, shame on, shame on you. Fool me—you can’t get fooled again.” President Bush meant to say,
(“Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”)

I hate to say it, but I agree with President Bush!

 And Finally.
There was so much winning that my head was spinning and I mean spinning so fast that I realized I'd been given everything and I mean everything by one of the world finest and best snake oil salesmen to ever live.

I was speaking of  President Trump ---in his own words---and my money was on him? That's right, the little money I had and "The Donald" made me look foolish, and to think I was one of his bigliest(sic) supporters.
This 1986 photo of Mt. Augustine Alaska erupting,
one of my prized photos- is a metaphor for what's happening
not only in Washington but all over America

P.S.
Man who attended 45 Trump rallies now opposes Trump

Aloha Rabbi Kimo:

Bill Mahar is one of my favorites and I never miss him. And, as you said, Kimo, I did really "like this one" as you admitted that you were following a Jim Jones or
David Koresh or the best snake oil peddler that has ever come along!!! Trump is truly a psychopathic liar--- that Obama was born in Kenya and he tapped his phone along with hundreds of other lies. The guy I feel sorry for is Spicer who, as his press secretary has to defend these lies as they never stop.
I truly believe that when this investigation of Trump and all the others he has put into key positions is over with the FBI and the CIA there will be indictments and hopefully an impeachment of this perpetual liar.
No wonder he would not release his tax returns as it would have shown all his conflict of interest with Russia and other countries that he does business with.

Glad that you admitted to making a mistake---I have made plenty in my life and it takes a good person to admit that they were wrong.

Keep up the fine work with your blog, Kimo--still not sure how you manage to put it all together and still find time to do everything else you do.

Having a great time with my family and hope to live long enough to see my grand kids get to be good enough and lucky enough to have the life I had in pro baseball and in coaching kids.

Your pal,
Glenn

Good Kimo, very good. Yes, all politicians lie but no one has done it like Trump.
A billion dollar wall that Mexico is going to pay for and a health plan that will cover everyone---sure it will!!

I am surprised, Kimo. You seemed such a staunch supporter especially when I asked you questions hoping to refute your stance. It seems a lot of people still have their head in the sand or lack the courage to admit they could have been wrong.

Don't get me wrong , politicians are still my least favorite types of humans. I was hoping for and willing to give a chance to a non politician, however I was despondent . I can no longer be an enabler for Potus. I still do like some of Trump's promises. Let's see what happens. But to quote my friend Steven M Eayrs, the Honeymoon between me and "The Donald is OVA! (sic) Oy Vey what happened?

My opinion... still better than the only other viable option, but that is not saying much..

I guess you just did not want to see, or believe, what we were saying about Trump could be true. You simply trusted a despicable man. But, the signs were there all along, Kimo. I think some questions to ask yourselves, those of you that voted for Trump and now regret it, are why didn't I see? Why was I so easily swayed by Trump's message? Why did I not hear the awful things he was saying? What in me wanted to align myself with this type of person? I am not saying that to be cruel, but I do think some time might be needed for some self reflection all the same. That being said, we all mess up. It takes a good man to admit when he has made a mistake. The rest of us need to be good enough to forgive him for it.

Look I know Trump isn't perfect. I still like some of the things he stands for. I was vetting in my blog, letting off steam. I don't need to be told, I told you so. Libs,Be happy I wrote what I did, however fact be told I still like the guy. I just deleted a holier than thou comment from someone I haven't heard from in ages. That's because I accidentally had this thread (blog) on the public setting. I set it back to friends only. Please no more, I told you so comments. I am well read politically and watch a lot of political TV both conservative and liberal-- and in case you were not aware I also publish a blog.

I think Mexico will pay for the wall; maybe not upfront but they will one way or another.
