"Equal Rights..?" 'James "Kimo" Rosen'



Equal rights apply to both Men and woman....


There was a recent news  story about a Kaua'i  male attorney being convicted of harassment for allegedly licking a  female clients ear in his office.
This case has me scratching my head, the one on my shoulders that is. I believe this man to be innocent and falsely accused of a crazy misdemeanor.  Imagine if you will, the charges  were the other way around and the girl was accused of licking the guys ear?

This would not had even been a case if a guy reported a girl licked  his ear in her office. This  would be a joke amongst law enforcement  if the alleged allocations were reversed.

I know first hand this happens, a few years back a woman in her 70's entered my home uninvited and sexually harassed me.  Luckily Another woman heard the commotion and called the police. The police came and basically laughed at me.  Ha ha bruddah an old lady doing that, OK well go to talk to her, tehe tehe.

Now imagine if I had gone to that woman's house and done the same thing?
