Keeping the mind fresh

Nothing like tooling your skills at a seminar on your profession.   Every few months  I try to  attend  a seminar in my field of ophthalmology  to hone my skills and  renew myself.  

This time I found one in Syracuse, N.Y. so we made it an overnight adventure and had an evening out at a nice hotel.  I think everyone needs to refresh and renew their professional expertise once in a while.  It’s a great way to gain new perspective and inspire yourself.

  Luckily I used hotel points for my night out and rewards money for the seminar to attend; the only way to travel.
