: A lesson in irony. Why Work when you can get them FREE ? Yes,we should help the disable & elderly,mandate responsibility for child care back to parents,NOT THE TAX PAYERS !!! can feed the able bodies only if they do public services for food , shelter & compulsory  education for meaningful jobs to support themselves !!!l'oncle Amusant

 

The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and food stamps ever.....

Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals."

 

Their stated reason for the policy is because the animals,like humans will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves.
