Are you single, and would you like to be dating and find that special someone?
You can do it based on a book by Cindy Lu called The Four Man Plan. The author
claims this is a book for women who suck at love. I include myself in that group. For
some reason we have been unable to find a stable, long lasting relationship. Maybe we
were too picky. Perhaps, we said we would only date men who are wealthy, good looking, and drive a fancy car, or maybe we refused to date men who were short.

With this plan we date everybody. The only qualities we are looking for are honest, loving, and willing. Willing means he is willing to share new experiences. We have to date a man long enough to determine if he possesses those qualities.

The only men we do not date are those who are married, abusive, or “icky.” Cindy Lu explains icky does not mean superficial characteristics like a receding hairline. Icky is one of those things that you know it when you see it.

Now, if you are a man, this book is also for you because if you are interested in a woman who is following the plan, the book will tell you exactly what you have to do to win her heart, her mind, and whatever else you want to win!

Cindy is a mathematical genius who has turned the art of love into the science of math. From the title of this book, it would seem that a woman who wants to find a man must be dating four, but it’s more complicated. Cindy says that when you first date a
man he is only a quarter man. That means you could be dating 16 men! So what must a quarter man do to become a half? On the second or third date, you must tell the man about the plan because it only works when he knows he is competing.

Men love competition. It brings out their chivalrous qualities. It is the opposite for women. Competing for men, brings out the worst qualities in women. This is a biological imperative. Whichever gender of a specific species, is the more attractive,
that is the one that is fought over. With peacocks, the females fight for the males, but with humans, let’s face it, Ladies, we are the pretty ones, and the men compete for us!

The last time I halved a man, I found a clever way to do it. It was our third date. We attended a Toastmaster Club meeting where I was the scheduled speaker. I spoke
about the Four Man Plan, and he heard about it for the first time!

So what must a half man do to become whole? Cindy states there are two ways. One is for there to be a level of physical intimacy that is more than a long good night kiss but less than full on sex. In her book, she goes into graphic detail about what exactly she means by that. The second way a man becomes whole is if he uses the 'L' word. Men in
competition for women tend to talk about love- probably because it is easier to talk about love than to actually do love. But there you have it- that’s a whole man.

How do you keep him whole? The answer is you delay having actual sex for as long as you can! There is an axiom that states a man will only be as nice to you as he needs to be to get you into bed. We are looking for honest, loving, and willing, but men
who want to go to bed with you can appear honest, loving, and willing! You need to date him long enough to develop the trust that he will still be there for you after you go to bed
with him.

Once you make the decision to sleep with a man his value increases to two and a quarter. Cindy, our mathematical genius, is making the point that if you slept with two men, their value would add up to more than four, and that’s too many.

According to this plan, once you sleep with a man, you still continue to date other men even though you are not sleeping with them. There are three reasons for this: It makes you less needy, you have a basis for comparison, and your two and a quarter man
knows he is still competing for you.

How much higher can a two and a quarter man go? Can he ever equal four men? No, one man can’t be everything. The highest he can achieve is three and a half. For that to happen, you already have honest, willing, and loving. In addition, you need for the
man to ask to have an exclusive relationship with you, and you love him. Then you can stop dating other men, and you have your three and a half which is as good as it gets! If you want to find a fulfilling relationship, I recommend you read The Four Man Plan by Cindy Lu.
