The sudden unexpected death of supreme court justice Antonin Scalia is already causing a partisan battle with our elected officials. Donald Trump said in a facetious undertone, "Delay, Delay, Delay."
Mitch Mcconnell, the republican majority leader of the senate insists the next president should be the body to select Scalia's replacement.
Have the republicans actually given due process thought to this?
Should Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders win the next presidential election, there is a good chance they might appoint, you guessed it,
Barack Obama!

We need the Freedom loving people & Congress to vote in a new Justice to protect the FREEDOM OF THE PEOPLE WITH RESPONSIBILITY ,the two party system that screwed this country long enough ,can you hear George Washington & Tomas Jefferson

Unc,that's why people like you and I are Independents. What's messed up is people think because their democrat or republican, they must think the same on all subjects. Sometimes the Democrats have great ideas and believe it or not Republicans too!😇
