Where is technology when you need it
There are not many bank robberies on the island of Kauai. That's one of the great reasons people like to call Kaua'i home, because the Garden island does not have the crime of big cities.
The Kapa'a branch of Bank of Hawai'i was robbed on January 29, 2014 by a man described as "unshaven." I would imagine the first item of business the robber would do after escaping, is shave. Anybody looking for an unshaven person will probably not find the robber.
In this day in age of hi tech cell phones capable of taking high quality photos with as much as 42 megapixels from a camera phone, I found it ironic that security camera's at banks and businesses still show this fuzzy , low quality , out of focus photos of the images caught on camera.
The technology is there, what are we waiting for?

During a robbery, one of the robbers mask slid down.
He looked at a man and asked. Did you see my face?

Sounds like you have a new business to start - replacing the crap cameras in Kauai banks!
Yea, with all the high tech everything, even teenagers have higher tech camera's on their cell phones than our banks... You would think security camera's could capture the eyes in HD at this point in technology.

Geography Lesson for the Bank Robber
First thing one Monday morning, a robber broke into the bank, and pointed his guns at the cashier said,

In Bowie, Maryland USA, a robber entered a bank and gave a teller a note demanding cash. After his demand was honored, he fled. Upon returning home, he was amazed to find the police waiting for him. It appears he had written the note on the back of his bank deposit slip.

Yes, in Kapa'a it's Paco Taco's and at Kukui grove Taco Del mar. Paco tacos is the same as the food truck next to the blue Greek food truck next to Otsuka's.
