I am glad I am in my 60's and not a young person in this new politically correct society of 'Me Too' and Tweets where everything you say is scrutinized under a microscope even years after you say it.  In the UK they are teaching the keiki (children) that boys have periods. When is enough, enough?

I could not believe my eyes when a friend posted on Facebook that  schools in the UK

are now teaching that all kids have periods, including little boys. I had to fact check this and fact check again and again to make sure my friend wasn't mistaken or joking.

Political correctness has gone mad, insane, nutso.(sic) First they freak out and ban the playing of the classic song, "It's cold outside." Then they want Santa to be a woman, St. Nicolai in lieu of St. Nick.

It get's worse, earlier this year some hipsters and far leftists on a Facebook community decided it's only proper for your baby to decide it's own gender. For the first 4 years of a baby's life they all decided a baby should be gender neutral and  at the end of those years let the kid decide if they want to be male or female. Let the child play with both dolls and trucks. Let little Johnny decide if he wants to play with Barbie or play cops and robbers. You probably can't play cops and robbers any more and if you do, I'm sure no gun is allowed because of 'political correctness?'  No longer will parents

have babies instead 'theybies.'  Your newborn child  will now be known as a 'Theyby' in lieu of 'Baby' if the liberal agenda proceeds.

'GMA DAY' Co-hosts Michael Strahan and Sara Haines devoted a whole segment to normalizing and  interviewing an 11 year old drag queen named Desmond Napoles.

This is the same TV show and company that last year fired their anchor, Matt Lauer over pressure from from the 'Me Too' movement for alleged sexual misconduct dating back many years on a "he said, she said basis." Crazy world we now live in.

All I can say, It's not only cold outside, but in my heart. I long for the days were men were men, woman were woman, little boys did not have periods or were they encouraged to be drag queens.


Where a man or woman could compliment the opposite sex on how nice they

looked without fear of being thrown in jail for sexual harassment and where school kids started each school day reciting the 'Pledge of allegiance,' the version with "one nation under God," and where you could go to a sporting event without role model players kneeling during our national anthem.  I live 
in Hawaii, and it's  darn  frickin cold outside.

Liberal Mom Aghast as Huge Guy

A self-described “very progressive” mom got a rude awakening that changed her views about the “bathroom debate” and decided to share her story regardless of what the backlash would be.

Kristen Quintrall Lavin runs a blog called, “The Get Real Mom,” in which she exposes the harsh realities of what she calls, “momming.”

However, on a 2017 trip to Disneyland with her young son, Lavin, she was exposed to another harsh reality — the reality of bathroom stalking, which made her question her views on the bathroom debate.

Lavin wrote on her blog that she has seen and supported transgender women — men who identify as women — using women’s public restrooms prior to the incident at Disneyland. “Transgenders who certainly felt comfortable in the women’s room and probably frightened to go into the men’s. At these times, I smiled … I peed … and life went on,” she wrote.

Then, all of that changed when she was at Disneyland

 with her friend, her son and her friend’s son.

The Garden Island news recently editorialized on how the suicide rate is the highest it’s ever been. They went on to say; "The suicide death rate last year was the highest it’s been in at least 50 years, according to U.S. government records.

The world needs more of this! 

"This is an area of huge concern on Kauai, where young people can be overwhelmed with hopelessness." May I add not only of crave concern to the young  but  our middle aged and kupuna population as well.

  
The opioid epidemic has also been devastating.  Pregnancy-associated mortality has more than doubled in the past decade. Even the rate of death from heart disease, which had been falling, has leveled off. And according to a CNN study guns kill nearly 1,300 US children each year. Gun deaths have added dramatically to the suicide statistic along with accidental overdoes form the opioid crisis.

Suicide is hard on the loved ones of the deceased.  Often going through depressions and issues of their own.   
Suicide can be prevented and hopefully those with tendencies will seek help.  
 I believe suicide numbers are not necessarily as high as most  studies suggest.  The stats and numbers tell you so, yes.  That’s because we now live in a transparent "tell all"society.  

When I was a child I had a close relative commit suicide.  I never found out until I was an adult.  I was told at the time along with  other relatives and the general public he had died of a heart attack, the obituary in the newspaper said the same.  Plus being Jewish, you cannot be buried in a Jewish cemetery if you commit suicide and also many life insurance policies are null and void for suicide.

How many suicides go unreported and are disguised in the ending as heart attacks, strokes, natural causes  or something else on the death certificates? These days, most likely not very many, but back when I was a lad, suicide was frowned upon and families were shamed, suicide was disguised whenever possible.
Yes, suicide is a tragic, but is it really on the rise or has it always been rampant or do we now just live in a more transparent  society?
This time of year can be especially hard on those combating depression and thoughts of suicide.

Donald J. Trump was never given the common courtesy of a presidential honeymoon, of not even one day, one hour, one minute, one second.

The "fake news media" does not like to release photos 
of  the Trump's looking happy, it messes with 
the image they are trying to portray.

The media has been relentless and out to destroy him since he took office.  Trump has fought back every day to the Nielsen ratings delight.

The expression goes don't mess with the Donald.(There's actually another word that starts with "F" but I chose to use mess since this column is 'G' rated!) He's always at least 10 chess moves ahead of everyone and it always seems karma comes back with a vengeance on those whom try to harm "45."

Look at Stormy Daniels.... Who else but Trump could get a ruling from a federal judge to have a porn star he calls 'Horse-face' pay him $290,000 in restitution for legal fees he spent defending himself in a defamation lawsuit she brought against him over a tweet.

Michael Avenatti, the porn star's attorney who swore he would bury Trump and  predicted Trump would be out of office soon, was accused of spousal abuse and is now going through a nasty divorce--- and his law firm was

 hit with a $10 million judgment in bankruptcy court. He no longer wants to run for president against Trump in 2020 as was the plan.
 Back in  September Avenatti announced  a new client: a woman spinning lunatic stories about Brett Kavanaugh’s supposed involvement in a high-school gang rape.

When her account failed to attract any shred of corroboration from any of the many others who supposedly attended the felony fiestas she described, she backed off some of her claims in a TV interview while blaming Avenatti for misrepresenting her story.  He can now go back to doing what he does best, chasing ambulances.

Michael Cohen , Trumps former attorney and fixer turned rat is allegedly telling all to help get a lighter sentence after he was found guilty of lying to Congress under oath, blaming it all on Trump. Be it known those that bad mouth Trump and turn on him usually have a bad date with Karma. Michael Cohen was sentenced to 3 years in federal prison.  We all know what happens to a rat in prison.

Be careful Mr. Michael  Cohen, Karma is a female dog.

  Although the media pretends to hate Trump, Trump is the best thing to ever happen to the fake news media, the cable news networks and reality TV.  

   
... And as President he has remarkable accomplishments in his first   2 years.....1-Everything from enacting the most stringent sanctions  yet imposed on North Korea, no longer is North Korea testing nuclear missiles. 
2-Bringing US military  remains home form N. Korea--- and they have been identified as American's contrary to the disbelief of Trump's haters. 
3-Moved the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. 
4-African-American unemployment has recently achieved the lowest rate ever recorded.
Hispanic-American unemployment is at the lowest rate ever recorded.

Asian-American unemployment recently achieved the lowest rate ever recorded.
Women’s unemployment recently reached the lowest rate in 65 years. 
5-Almost 4 million jobs created since election.
6-Stock market at an all time high
7-2 confirmed supreme court nominations.
8-Believe it or not on Oct 12, 2018, President Trump signed the 'Save Our Seas Act of 2018' to remove trash from the sea.
9-GDP is up 4.1%, that's about double growth than that of recent years.
10-Stricter immigration laws for "illegal immigrants,"including a travel ban for terrorist countries including N. Korea and Venezuela.

The list is too numerous to list all the president's accomplishments, this is just my 10  list-- just Google if your more interested!

Mr. Trump, or should I say the "Godfather" is not going anywhere, except another 4 years in the white-house if that's his choice?Remember as Don Vito Corleone always said, " I have learned more in the streets than in any classroom," and my favorite "Revenge is a dish best served cold."
