"Why not sanction killing as a sport..? 'Bettyjo Dux' (Classic Wednesday)

she talks about  a new sport... Enjoy!

Why not sanction killing as a sport?

Rap Brown, a Black Panther, said, “Violence is as American as cherry pie.” That’s certainly true.

Americans are also innovative. Resourceful. We are entrepreneurs. We love to make money.

We have industrial parks, doggy parks, national and state parks. Why don’t we have killing parks?

Think of it. They’d be large wild and wooded areas. Fenced. Patrolled. Good jobs.

Just as in a ski resort, one with the killing instinct could rent a weapon — or weapons — ammo, armored vests, boots, camouflage suits, helmets, binoculars. The works.

You could buy time. A one-day killing spree? A week? You’d need tents and stuff. Food and water. Wow!

You hunt those who are hunting you.

Hey, you could sell tickets to those who would like to watch — in safety of course — the killers stalking.

Coffins. Funerals. Ribbons. Medals. Photos of the winners. Photos of the dead. Videos. YouTube. Facebook.

Sorry, I gotta run. I want in on this.

I’m writing my representative in Washington and asking for a franchise.

Peace and love, Bettejo Dux

Assault weapons have No business in civilized society, they are for law enforcement & the Military ONLY,go hunting? No auto weapons, give the animals an even chance,One shot at a time, for self defense ? a six shooter maximum. Confiscate All assault weapons & magazines & donate them to the military & earn a tax deduction for cost of the weapons . Life sentence with hard labor for possessions !!! want more New Town ? Must DO SOMETHING OR DIE !!!

"Your blog reminds me of the movie & book The Hunger Games. Did you see that?"

"Regarding "Hunger Games," my granddaughter has the book and saw the movie with her Mom (my daughter, recently highlighted in one of James Kimo Rosen's blogs, harkening back to when she was younger than my granddaughter is now)."

I've heard good things about it.
I thought it was a movie for teenage girls, but I'm getting vibes that it might be deeper and something I would appreciate.
Maybe need a Grandpa date and my granddaughter can explain anything that goes over Grandpa's head."

"It's really quite dark & about a scenario similar to Kimo's blog. People are forced to kill or be killed for sport. And participation is mandatory."
