Garage clean up time
Finally we have some weather that is moderately nice, first things first, time to clear out the garage, get rid of the nasty stuff that has coated the floor and look for visitors that have moved in for the winter.
It’s quite a project to neaten this catch all from the winter. When we have something we feel we better keep, whether it is useful or not, it’s taken to the garage or basement.
This year I am keeping in mind that our garage sale in the neighborhood will be coming up this summer which will be here before we know it. I have stacked one side of the garage with useful, re-sale items that will be a hot commodity in the summer.
Someone told me if we line the corners in the garage with dryer sheets we can get rid of the mice that took over this winter. If that doesn't work it’s the you know what for them.
They are both destructive and messy and I am afraid one day they will march into the house.
It’s a pleasure to drive into the garage now. We hope it stays that way at least until next winter.
